Yes, we offer a 1-year full replacement warranty on all trees and shrubs we supply and install, provided our initial watering guidance is followed. Perennials and annuals are not warrantied due to seasonal mortality factors outside our control.

Fall (mid-September through October) and early spring (March-May) are ideal, cool temperatures and steady rainfall help plants establish before summer stress. We can plant year-round outside of frozen ground or summer heatwaves, though summer installs need extra watering attention.
How much do trees and shrubs cost installed?
Entry-level shrub planting runs $85-$150 per shrub installed (material + labour). Feature trees start around $350-$800. Larger specimen trees (4-6 inch caliper, 15-25 feet tall) with machine placement can range from $1,500-$4,500 each.
Will you remove my old plants first?
Yes, we handle full bed renovation including removal of tired or dying plants, root-ball extraction, and organic disposal. We often suggest relocating healthy specimens within the same project instead of tossing them.
Can you choose plants that won't outgrow the space?
Absolutely, plant selection for mature size is one of the most common mistakes we correct. We specify species based on realistic 10-year and 20-year mature dimensions, so you don't end up with cedars at your bedroom window or a cherry tree crowding your walkway.
